In a world that never seems to stop, our mental well-being is a treasure we can't afford to neglect. This is as true in the workplace as it is anywhere else. After all, we spend a significant portion of our lives at work. So, let's talk about mental health in the workplace.

  4. Training and Education: Training managers to recognize signs of mental health issues and equipping them with the tools to offer support can be invaluable.

The Individual's Role:

As employees, we also have a role to play in managing our mental health at work. Here are some tips:
